Job description

Are you ready to take on a challenging role as Customer Support Coordinator within a growing and innovative company? We are looking for you! Smart Robotics is known for delivering unique and extraordinary software solutions for the fast and flexible deployment of robots in both logistics and production processes worldwide. As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will be involved in the entire process from early sales phase up to the after-sales process. You maintain the contact with internal stakeholders (account managers, field service engineers) and also with external stakeholders (customers, suppliers, agents).  

What you will do:

  • Administrative tasks for service department (service tickets in AFAS / prepare quotations / prepare order confirmations / invoicing)
  • Assist project-management in administrative tasks (quotations / invoicing)
  • Preparing quotations / order confirmations for sales department
  • Requests for quotes towards suppliers
  • Release of purchase-orders and follow up on delivery times.

Job requirements

  • A completed commercial HBO education (business administration, international business and languages, commercial economics)
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the office (business to business)
  • Experience in an international/export-oriented company is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • You master the Dutch and English language verbally and in writing; in addition, German and/or another foreign language is a big advantage
  • Working knowledge of business software/applications – Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with AFAS, or other ERP systems is a plus
  • Preferably available for 20h
